After training many pre- and postpartum clients, and preparing to have my own baby, I realized how little (and often contradicting) information is available to pregnant women who want to work out. I also found that because many women aren’t sure what the safest and most effective way to workout is, causing them to do nothing, which is a huge disservice to themselves and their baby.

As a personal trainer I am focused on helping women integrate health and fitness in their life. I want you to experience the strength that comes from fitness, both mentally and physically. I want you to feel amazing about yourself and to make well being, balance, and positive mindset a priority.

About the founder

At Active Women, we teach functional movements with  emphasis on technique, progression, and efficiency.

Having a one-year-old daughter herself motivated Danielle to help other moms and moms-to-be to stay healthy and strong during this special phase of their life. 

Danielle is an ACE qualified personal trainer, and among her certifications are FIT Singapore Women’s Fitness Specialist, GGS Pre- and Postnatal Coaching and Julie Wiebe Piston Science. With her knowledge, experience and skills she helps women bridge the gap between where they are right now and where they want to be.
