At Active Women, we teach functional movements with emphasis on technique, progression, and efficiency.

Danielle is a qualified personal trainer, who specializes in Women’s Fitness. She especially focuses on pre- and postnatal fitness. Certified in nutrition coaching. Official Spartan SGX coach. Helps people move better and faster with weight- and functional training.
