Ati Yusmawati Mohamed Yusoff

Personal Trainer | Women’s Strength & Confidence Coach | Pre- and Postnatal Fitness | Menopause Specialist

Ati has always lived an active lifestyle — from track and field and netball to her love for Zumba. But like many women, she struggled with her weight, especially after her third child. When returning to the gym post-pregnancy, she felt uncertain and overwhelmed, unsure of where to begin.

That changed when she discovered strength training and high-intensity workouts, and with them, a whole new level of confidence. As her body and mindset transformed, friends began asking to train with her — and that’s when Ati realised her true calling.

Now a certified personal trainer, Ati specialises in helping women who feel unsure, unmotivated, or intimidated by the gym environment. Her mission is to guide women toward becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident — both inside and out.

She deeply understands the fears many women have about starting (or restarting) fitness, and she’s passionate about creating a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you feel supported, seen, and empowered to succeed. Ati notices a lot of ladies have difficulty with low confidence and don’t dare to go to the gym alone. In this she found her passion; helping women to be more active and healthy and at the same time, building their confidence.

Patsy Soh

Registered Dietitian (NZ) | MSc in Human Nutrition | Specialist in Family Health & Postpartum Wellness

With over 15 years of experience in both clinical and corporate nutrition, Patsy Soh brings deep expertise and a holistic perspective to the Active Women SG team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics from the University of Otago (New Zealand), and a Master’s in Human Nutrition — making her one of the most highly qualified professionals in the field.

Patsy began her career at Changi General Hospital, where she provided dietary support to patients with diabetes, high cholesterol, kidney disease, and more. After five years in acute care, she transitioned into corporate nutrition with Nestlé, before returning to clinical work — this time focusing on research with pre-term babies and maternal nutrition.

Patsy is especially passionate about helping parents regain their health and energy postpartum, guiding them toward sustainable weight loss, better energy, and balanced family nutrition.

Her areas of expertise include:

  • Postpartum and family nutrition
