With her knowledge, experience and skills she helps women bridge the gap between where they are right now and where they want to be.

Ati; Yusmawati Mohamed Yusoff - Personal trainer

Ati has always been active. Since young, she’s been doing track and field, played netball and loved Zumba. Although active, her weight has been up and down. After her third child, Ati tried to go back to her pre-pregnancy weight but found it difficult. Eventually, she started going to the gym but felt at a loss of where to start. This is when she started to learn more about weight training and high-intensity training. Soon, friends started to approach Ati requesting for her to train with them. As a result of the joy she received from training with her friends, she decided to attain her personal training certificate. Ati notices a lot of ladies have difficulty with low confidence and don’t dare to go to the gym alone. In this she found her passion; helping women to be more active and healthy and at the same time, building their confidence.

Emily Song - Personal trainer

Emily is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach, as well as a AFPA Certified Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Trainer. She was an avid yoga and barre practitioner until she discovered her interest in strength training. Having gone through a fitness transformation herself, she understands the challenges one faces in the process and is passionate to share her knowledge and experience with those who wish to embark on similar journeys. After working with several clients who are new moms, she decided to take up pre- and post-natal training certification to help women get back into fitness and wellness.

Jasmine Chan - Personal trainer

Jasmine has been a sportsperson since young and was a national player for Rugby 15s. Jasmine was in and out of the rugby scene due to her injuries, ranging from head to toe injuries. She trained hard to minimise injuries, however due to the long overhauled knees, she had to undergo right knee realignment and left meniscus repair. This is when she learnt about corrective training and movement restoration. She took up personal training and kettlebell specialist course to learn how she can help people in improving functional movements that are crucial in their daily lives. Jasmine also has experience in working with persons of special needs. Every individual is different hence there's no one size fit all training programs.

Patsy Soh - Dietitian

Patsy Soh is a NZ Registered Dietitian with a BSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Otago, New Zealand, a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics, an MSc in Human Nutrition and 15 years of experience. She started working in Changi General Hospital (CGH) and quickly gained clinical experience in seeing patients with diabetes, high cholesterol, gout, kidney disease, the elderly and weight management. After working for 5+ years in an acute hospital, Patsy moved on to the corporate world to work for Nestlé. Subsequently, she returned to the clinical field of nutrition, but this time it was to conduct research on preemies (pre-term babies). As a dietitian, Patsy believes being fit and healthy is a holistic experience, hence nutrition, physical activity and emotional well-being have to go hand in hand. To this end, Patsy completed a FISAF (Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness) course to be a Personal Trainer. This would better equip her to give exercise prescriptions in addition to dietary advice. She especially loves helping parents get back their fitness and back to healthy body weight.
