We are a team of female coaches — most of us mums — who have lived through the seasons we coach. Pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, the in-between bits. We know that real life is messy, and we build our coaching around that.
Every coach on our team is certified in strength training and equipped to support women across pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. Some of us carry additional specialist certifications — but every woman who trains with us gets a coach who genuinely understands her body and her season of life.

Daniëlle is a certified Personal Trainer, Women’s Strength & Wellbeing Coach, and Prenatal & Postnatal Specialist with nearly a decade of experience coaching women through the real phases of life. She founded ActiveWomen out of a simple belief: that women deserve coaching that actually fits their lives — not the other way around.
As a mum of three, she has lived through most of what she coaches. She knows what it feels like to train through exhaustion, to rebuild after birth, to feel like your body belongs to everyone but you. That experience sits at the heart of every programme she builds.
Daniëlle holds specialist certifications in prenatal care, postnatal recovery, and menopause fitness, and has coached hundreds of women through pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. Her approach is grounded in long-term strength and wellbeing — not quick fixes, and never one-size-fits-all.

Ati knows exactly what it feels like to walk into a gym and not know where to start. After her third child, she went through that herself — uncertain, unmotivated, and overwhelmed. What changed everything was discovering strength training. Not just what it did to her body, but what it did to her confidence.
That transformation became her calling. Ati now specialises in coaching women who feel unsure, intimidated, or simply stuck — helping them find their footing in the gym and build real, lasting strength. She is especially passionate about supporting women through the hormonal and physical shifts of perimenopause, a season where so many women feel let down by generic fitness advice.

Lastrie has been coaching women for over 10 years, and she leads by example in every sense. As the winner of the FM Nationals Transformation Challenge (2019) and Top 4 in the FIF International Sports Model competition (2022), she brings competitive-level knowledge into coaching that is accessible, empowering, and built for real women with real lives.
She specialises in body transformation — helping women shed baby weight, build lean muscle, and break through plateaus that have held them back for years. She also coaches women through perimenopause and menopause, understanding how shifting hormones change what the body needs from training and nutrition — and how to work with that, not against it.
As founder of Bold Warrior SG, a calisthenics movement for women, Lastrie brings a unique strength-meets-movement approach to her sessions. Whatever your starting point, she believes in your strength before you do.

Amira is quietly one of the most knowledgeable coaches on our team. Calm, precise, and genuinely invested in every client — she brings six years of personal training experience alongside a background in therapeutic bodywork at Bone Setting SG, giving her an unusually deep understanding of body mechanics, injury prevention, and how to train safely at every life stage.
She specialises in strength training, bodyweight work, and calisthenics — taking women from foundational movement all the way to advanced skills like pull-ups and muscle-ups. She is particularly experienced with pre- and postnatal clients, menopausal women, and older clients, adapting progressive overload and modifications to exactly what each body needs right now.

With over 15 years of global experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery, Anna is our most specialist perinatal coach. Her integrative method blends yoga therapy, breathwork, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and hypopressive core techniques into a deeply personalised approach to healing and strength.
Anna is especially known for her “Perinatal Guns” — a tailored set of pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises she developed to support birth recovery, reduce prolapse symptoms, and rebuild core strength from the inside out.
Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that the perinatal window is sacred — a time when women deserve to be nurtured, supported, and guided back into their bodies with care. Eda brings over 4 years of personal training experience and a background as a professional dancer — a combination that gives her coaching a distinctive quality: she trains clients not just to be stronger, but to move with control, precision, and confidence.
She specialises in strength and bodyweight training, working with postnatal mothers rebuilding after pregnancy, women building foundational strength, and children developing physical literacy. As a certified Women’s Specialist and Kids’ Specialist Trainer through NCSF, her programming is grounded in safe, progressive technique.
Eda also supports women through perimenopause and menopause — tailoring strength programmes to meet the specific needs of this stage, including bone density, joint health, and energy management.
