Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or already an experienced gym-goer or recreational athlete, working with a personal trainer can help you reach your goals faster, safer, and more effectively. From building strength and improving posture to gaining confidence or simply rediscovering the joy of movement — a coach can make all the difference.
We also offer small group personal training (up to 3:1), where you can train alongside your partner or a friend. Each person follows their own customised program, with your coach guiding and supporting all participants simultaneously.
Sessions are available at our partner gyms in i12 Katong, Dempsey, Anson CBD, — or in the comfort of your own home.
Pricing varies based on location, coach experience, and session commitment.
For 1:1 training: $130 – $160 SGD

Mommy + Baby babywearing exercise group classes
Our Mommy + Baby Babywearing Class is a full-body strength and mobility workout designed especially for mums — with baby safely snuggled close.
This is not a “bounce and hope for the best” class. It’s intentional, progressive strength training adapted for postpartum bodies, while keeping your little one part of the experience.

Online coaching offers personalized nutrition and exercise plans tailored specifically for your stage of life. The minimum commitment is 2 months, and included is:
- 6 hours of face-to-face coaching
- 7 days per week check-in and direct chats
- Completely personalized workouts; customized around injuries, preferences, equipment and travel
- Nutrition guidance
- Summary reports of all data and consults so you own the records
