At Active Women SG, we’re proud to collaborate with TinyBloom Club to offer babywearing workout classes in Singapore designed specifically for postpartum moms.


If you’re looking for postpartum fitness in Singapore, a safe way to return to exercise after pregnancy, or a supportive space to work out with your baby, these classes are for you.


Our Mommy & Baby Babywearing Workouts combine postnatal strength training, core recovery, and functional fitness, while keeping your baby close in a secure carrier. This allows you to rebuild strength, improve confidence, and ease back into movement — without needing childcare.


Each session includes:
– Postpartum-safe strength training (core, pelvic floor & full body)
– Guidance for safe exercise after pregnancy
– Expert babywearing support and adjustments
– A welcoming community for moms in Singapore

Led by Danielle (certified pre & postnatal trainer, women’s strength coach & mom of 3), and supported by TinyBloom’s experienced team, these classes are ideal whether you are newly postpartum or getting back into a regular fitness routine.
