A few simple guidelines to keep scheduling smooth, fair, and supportive for everyone.

Our goal is to support you with consistency, flexibility, and a positive training experience — these guidelines simply help us make that possible for everyone.


Session validity – personal training

  • 6-session package: valid for 10 weeks
  • 12-session package: valid for 16 weeks

This allows for some flexibility while still supporting consistency and progress.

If you expect to be away for a longer period, please let us know in advance so we can plan your schedule accordingly.


Pause policy

Packages can be paused for:

  • Travel
  • Pregnancy-related needs
  • Medical reasons or recovery

Please inform us in advance where possible.

Pauses are typically up to 4–8 weeks, depending on the situation. Longer pauses can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.


Cancellation policy

  • More than 12 hours notice: session can be rescheduled
  • Less than 12 hours notice: session is charged

We understand that things come up — thank you for understanding this helps us manage time fairly for all clients.


Scheduling & availability

We always do our best to keep your preferred time slot consistent.

If you will be away or unavailable for a period of time, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

While we will always try to accommodate your return, specific time slots cannot be guaranteed after extended breaks.


Fair use & extended breaks

To keep things fair for all clients and maintain scheduling availability:

Packages are intended to be used within the validity period.
If a break extends significantly beyond this timeframe (for example, several months), remaining sessions may no longer be guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Can I pause my package?

Yes — for travel, pregnancy, or medical reasons. Just let us know in advance so we can plan your schedule.


What happens if I travel?

Your sessions can be paused while you’re away. When you return, we’ll do our best to continue your preferred time slot.


Do sessions expire?

Yes — packages are valid for a set number of weeks to support consistency and fairness for all clients.


Can I extend my package if something unexpected happens?

In special situations (such as injury, pregnancy, or recovery), we’re happy to look at this together.


What if I cancel last minute?

Sessions cancelled within 12 hours are charged, as this time is reserved for you.


Mommy + Baby (Babywearing Exercise Classes)

These sessions are designed to support you safely while moving with your baby — creating a positive and flexible experience for both of you 🤍


Booking & cancellation

As these are small group classes with limited spots, the following applies:

  • More than 48 hours before class: 50% refund
  • 24–48 hours before class: no refund, but you may:
    • Reschedule your session (maximum of 3 rescheduled classes), or
    • Transfer your spot to another mom
  • Less than 24 hours: session is forfeited

Attendance & flexibility

We understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable.

If something comes up, please let us know as early as possible — we will always try to help where we can within the policy.


Babywearing & safety guidelines

  • Baby should be safely secured in a proper ergonomic carrier
  • Baby should be well-supported, upright, and close to your body
  • Exercises are adapted to be low impact and safe for both mom and baby
  • Please inform us of any discomfort, pain, or concerns during class

If you are unsure about your carrier fit, we’re happy to guide you before class.


Postpartum considerations

These classes are suitable once you feel ready to move again.

If you are early postpartum, recovering from birth, or have specific concerns (e.g. pelvic floor, diastasis, C-section recovery), please let us know so we can guide you appropriately.


💬 Babywearing class – FAQs


Do I need my own baby carrier?

If you don’t have a carrier, please let us know in advance and we can provide one. Otherwise, please bring your own ergonomic carrier. If you’re unsure about fit, we can help you adjust it before class.


What if my baby cries or needs feeding?

That’s completely okay 🤍 You’re free to pause, feed, or settle your baby at any time.


Can I join if I’m newly postpartum?

Yes, but we recommend checking in with your healthcare provider if you’re unsure. We can also guide you on appropriate modifications.


What if I can’t attend a class I booked?

Please refer to the cancellation policy above. You may reschedule (within limits) or transfer your spot to another mom.


Are these classes intense workouts?

They are designed to be safe, supportive, and effective, focusing on rebuilding strength while considering your postpartum body and your baby.

Can I breastfeed during class?

Absolutely 🤍 You’re always welcome to pause and feed your baby whenever needed. This is a supportive, baby-friendly environment.


Is there time or space for diaper changes?

Yes — you can take a break anytime to change your baby. We keep things flexible so you can move at your own pace.


What if my baby needs attention during the session?

That’s completely normal. You can pause, settle, or step aside anytime — no pressure to “keep up.”

Is the space accessible with a stroller?

Yes — the space is stroller-friendly. You’re welcome to bring your stroller and park it nearby during the session.
