Sessions are available at Core Collective (Tanjong Pagar / i12 Katong / Dempsey) and home visits, among which The Interlace, Singapore.


Getting started

All new clients begin with an initial consultation and training session.

This first session allows us to:
Understand your goals and background
Assess your movement and current level
Introduce training in a way that feels comfortable and supportive

Initial consultation & session — 150 SGD

From there, we’ll create a plan that fits your schedule and goals.


Training options & pricing

Most clients train 2–3 times per week for consistency and results.

We’ll guide you on the best option based on your schedule and goals — there’s no pressure to commit upfront.

Most clients start when they feel unsure — not when they feel ready. That’s exactly what this process is designed for.

1:1 Personal Training (fully personalised coaching)

Single session — 160

6 sessions — 155 per session
12 sessions — 150 per session
24 sessions — 145 per session
36 sessions — 145 per session

Most clients train two to three times per week for consistency and results.


Semi-private training (2:1)

Train with a friend or another client with similar goals.

A supportive and motivating environment, while still receiving individual guidance.

From 105–110 per person
