At ActiveWomen, we are continuously developing new ways to support women through different stages of life.

As the community grows, so do the ways we train, move, and support each other.


What’s coming

We are currently working on expanding our class offerings, including:

  • Small group strength training
  • Strength foundations for beginners
  • Mobility and recovery sessions
  • Workshops focused on women’s health, pregnancy, and postpartum

Each class is designed with the same approach as our personal training — supportive, realistic, and tailored to women.


Why we’re building this

Not every stage of life calls for the same type of training.

Some periods require:

  • more structure
  • more flexibility
  • more support
  • or simply a different environment

These future classes are designed to give you options that still align with your body and your lifestyle.
