Hi, I’m Danielle — founder of ActiveWomen and mum of three.

After going through pregnancy and postpartum myself, I realised how much women need support that actually fits real life — not perfect routines.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to find your way back to strength.
Between pregnancies, recovery, lack of sleep, and everything else life brings, it’s not always as simple as “just start working out again.”

That’s exactly why ActiveWomen exists.

We offer personal training for women in Singapore, with a focus on pregnancy-safe training, postpartum recovery, and long-term strength.

Whether you’re rebuilding after having a baby, preparing your body for motherhood, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident again, we create training that fits into your life — not the other way around.

1:1 Personal Training (Core Collective & home visits)

Our most personalised option.

We specialise in personal training for women, including pregnancy, postpartum and menopause training, tailored to your body, your goals, and your current stage of life.
