Together we take a look at your current exercises and activities, in- and outside the gym. We discuss your health history, fitness and health goals, schedule and look at your current fitness level. This way we set a base to create a personalized workout program that fits your needs and helps you to reach your goal.
Every session follows an approach of progression. I will guide you through the exercises and give you advice on techniques. Furthermore we will discuss your health and lifestyle choices.
