Whether you’re someone who is just starting their fitness journey or a seasoned gym goer/recreational athlete with a solid fitness level, having a personal trainer or a coach can help you meet your fitness goals faster, safer and more effectively– or gain better results or simply learn to enjoy exercise more than you ever thought was possible.
We offer options to train up to 3-1. Train with your partner or friend, and your trainer will coach you through your own individual program while also coaching up to 2 others at the same time.
If you don’t have someone to join you, give us a text and we can see if we can match you up with someone likewise.
Online training specially for you. Our online coaching includes a full array of workout programs, from resistance training to cardio and active rest sessions, giving you a bespoke exercise schedule.

– The Interlace Condo.

– We also offer VIRTUAL personal training via Zoom. Enjoy the same coaching, but from the comfort of your own home.

Do you travel a lot? Or maybe you are just busy and difficult to fix a specific timing for personal training?
Online coaching can be done at your own time and convenience. You still get a personalized training & nutrition program, but do the workout yourself. With regularly video check-in to make sure you are making progress.
Amount of support
You want maximum support and coaching at all times during your training session
It will be fun, but still small enough to retain high quality. We will explain the exercises, give options for intensity and adjust some exercise forms.
You do need a fitness professional that can design your individual programs correctly, coach you through your program and keep you motivated – but you don’t need or want your trainer to coach you with every exercise.
Who is it best for
You are new to exercising, it’s been a while or have some serious health concerns. We will teach you everything from step one and guide you through every exercise. Also a great fit if you are an experienced exerciser and want to be pushed to the next level or have a very specific fitness goal.
Best if you have been somewhat active before but need to shake things up. Beginners can join, but are advised to first take a foundation session 1-1 to get the basics right.
Although online coaching can work for all levels, it does help to have a basic working knowledge of various movements. Online coaching is the most flexible to reach your fitness goals. If you want to work out where and when it’s convenient for you – instead of relying on someone else’s location and availability.
Budget
This is our premium training service. For 1 – 1 you will get the best of the best.
Try out training with two or three people for a budget friendly way to have the individual program design, guidance, and support of a personal trainer..

Prenatal Fitness
Regular exercise during pregnancy can improve your posture and decrease some common discomforts such as backaches and fatigue. There is evidence that physical activity may prevent gestational diabetes (diabetes that develops during pregnancy), relieve stress, and build more stamina needed for labor and delivery.
Postnatal Fitness
Keeping active has numerous health benefits, all of which apply equally to the new mother as at any other stage of life. This can include weight loss, increased aerobic fitness, social interaction and psychological well being. Exercise after giving birth can also hasten recovery and assist with muscle strength and toning. During Postnatal Fitness we take into account possible diastase recti or loss of pelvic floor control.
Weight loss
Combining exercise with a healthy diet is a more effective way to lose weight than depending on calorie restriction alone. Exercise can prevent or even reverse the effects of certain diseases. It also lowers blood pressure and cholesterol. But more importantly being active also gives you more energy throughout the day and will make daily activities, such as walking stairs, easier.
