Personal training

Whether you are just starting out with an exercise program or if you aren’t seeing results with your current routine, personal training might be able to help you on the way. There are a number of reasons people work with trainers. Some want an individualized program to faster lose weight or get in shape while others simply need to be held accountable for their workouts. Wherever you are on your exercise journey, personal training may be just what you need to reach your goal.

Depending on your current phase in life, we can focus on different things during your training:

Prenatal

Exercise is mostly safe during pregnancy, and even has extra benefits for both mother and baby. The first trimester is a great time to begin the process of strength building before your growing body adds its own challenges.

Postnatal

Exercise can be extremely helpful for women in the period after delivery. Immediately after delivery you can do a few things to help the healing process. After you are cleared for exercise it is good to start with reintroduction of movement and beginning the re-building phase of your training through volume, gradual loading and intensity.

Gym introduction

When you are new to the gym or coming back after a long time, you might feel overwhelmed. There are many choices of machines and equipment and you might not be confident if you are performing the exercises in the right way.

Weightloss

We can discuss the weight loss goals you have set for yourself and help you to figure out whether they are realistic and achievable. We will guide you on following a balanced nutrition plan. Alongside having a customized fitness program, especially created for you. All to help to accelerate your weight loss.

Strength training

Strength training is a key component of overall health and fitness, and it provides an important balance. It can help women stay strong, burn calories, and build healthy bones. When we lift weights, the changes to our muscles are generally related to tone, strength, and endurance.

Functional Fitness

Functional exercises help you with everyday activities, like getting up off the floor, carrying heavy objects, and putting something up on a shelf. Benefits of functional training are improved mobility, stability, balance and flexibility. This leads to greater levels of overall strength.
